There is no way to transfer Pokemon from the GBA games to Diamond & Pearl without a 24-hour wait?

I've been surfing the Internet for one and I guess it's not possible since to transfer the Pokemon you have to synchronize the clocks for both games?

The only thing I found breaking this rule makes no sense (in theory I guess?):
